If for whatever reason you want to return or exchange your purchase, we'd be happy to help you out. You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price of the product. Returns and exchanges may be done at our warehouse during open studio hours. Or, to process the return/exchange through the mail, click here to received your pre-paid return label.

To return an item with our pre-paid return service

  • Shipping charges are prepaid and no additional postage is required.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund: All items can be returned for a flat rate of $7.95. Simply affix the label to your package and drop it in a USPS drop it in a mailbox or at the post office.
  • Please seal the package securely and place the label provided on the package.

To exchange an item with our pre-paid return service

  • Shipping charges are prepaid and no additional postage is required.
  • Northmade Co. will cover the cost of shipping. Simply affix the label to your package and drop it in a USPS mailbox or at the post office.
  • Please seal the package securely and place the label provided on the package.

To return a sale item

  • Sale items can be returned for store credit. Simply ship your items to our warehouse (address below).
  • You will receive store credit when your item arrives.
  • Click here to process your return.
